Community Health Care that Works for You!
"Our Story"
Thirty-five years ago, a group of concerned community members met with a purpose to address the evident health care needs of disadvantaged children, families and individuals in the Bond Community. To champion this purpose, these heroes called upon the support of local volunteers, advocates and other partners. The end result of their collective efforts was the establishment of Bond Community Health Center (Bond), with the mission to provide access to quality health care for all people in our community regardless of one’s ability to pay.
Today, Bond continues to live this mission by providing primary and preventive health care for nearly 10,000 patients annually, of which almost half are uninsured and/or low-income. Without partners like you this critical need for quality health care cannot be met.
We hope that you will continue this legacy and advance Bond’s mission by joining us on Friday, November 1st to celebrate Bond’s 35-year Anniversary!

Telemedicine allows health care professionals to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients at a distance using telecommunications technology. We use it to overcome distance barriers and to improve access to medical services that would often not be consistently available in distant rural communities. Telemedicine seeks to improve a patient's health by permitting two-way, real time interactive communication between the patient, and the physician or practitioner at the distant site.
In case of life-threatening emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room or hospital. When you need to speak with the provider on call dial (850) 576 - 4073.
