I was born in Quincy, Florida and later relocated to Tallahassee. I love being a part of the Bond family and find my work very rewarding and am thankful to be able to make a difference in the lives of others. I am married to Otis and the mother of 4 sons-Tarwin, Kevin, Brandon, and Sergio; Grandmother to Tiger Marley Bright.

About Me
Anne is a family and mental health nurse practitioner, board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and currently licensed to practice in the state of Florida. Anne began her career in nursing in 2008 and has been a nurse practitioner since 2013. Her previous experience includes work in nursing homes, urgent clinics, as well as the medical surgical unit. Anne is qualified to diagnose and treat a wide array of conditions across the entire lifespan. She enjoys living in Tallahassee with her husband and two children, as the family has a passion for outdoor sports. She believes in developing strong relationships, in order to provide personalized care, tailored to meet each patient’s specific needs.
Dr. Rayavarapu came to Bond CHC with 40 years of experience as a Pediatrician. Born in India, he worked for many years in international health. He is was recently honored by the International Association of Pediatrics with the title of “Leading Physician of the World” for his international work that included organizing a hospital system that saved the lives of many newborns and infants.
He is currently an assistant professor at FSU in Tallahassee, Florida, and at Alabama Osteopathic College of Medicine. Dr. Rayavarapu has worked as an assistant professor in the following Universities: N.Y.U, Columbia Presbyterian, Cornell, and University of West Indies

Bond Community Health Center, Inc. (Bond CHC; the Center) is a 501(c)(3) community health center deemed as a Federally Qualified Health Center for greater than 30 years. Bond provides a patient-centered approach to quality primary and preventive healthcare services for residents of Leon, Gadsden, Wakulla, Jefferson, Taylor, Franklin, Liberty and Madison counties.
We provide comprehensive dental care for children through age 18 including exams, cleanings, x-rays, and fillings. We also provide dental care for expectant mothers and diabetic patients of the clinic, which includes nutritional counseling and hygiene services. Urgent care dental services including palliative care for the relief of pain and extractions are available to adults in the community.
