Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Chhabra has worked at Bond for 10 months. She provides preventive dental care for pediatric patients in the community. Dr. Chhabra has worked with her team Increase the access to care for the pediatric patient population in the community. One challenge that she faces at Bond is keeping up with the needs of the community and educating the patients and their parents adequately about the importance of oral health. Dr. Chhabra works at Bond so that she can use her knowledge and skills to treat the young population and instill in them good oral hygiene habits at an early age. Dr. Chhabra believes that preventive care and education, is the best care for any community.
Dr. Erica Mays serves as a staff and consultant pharmacist at the Bond Community Health Center. In 1996, she received her B.S. in Pharmacy from the prominent Florida A&M University College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She then returned to her alma mater in 2004 and earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Dr. Mays is always willing to lend a helping hand to her clients, and has the same zeal when serving in the community. Dr. Mays is affiliated with many organizations including the Florida Pharmacy Association, the National Diamondback Pharmacy Alumni Council Capital City Chapter, the illustrious Tallahassee Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and Jack and Jill of America, Inc.
Dr. Ajegbu Okeke is a registered pharmacist, and has been in practice since 2005. Dr. Okeke is a proud product of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University where he graduated cum laude and earned his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in April of 2005. Dr. Okeke has served in the State of Florida as a community pharmacist, and is presently engaged in clinical pharmacy practice at the Bond Community Health Center. Through his desire to provide optimal healthcare and improve outcomes for clients in need, Dr. Okeke became certified to provide Medication Therapy Management consults, and earned credentials from the American Academy of HIV Medicine to practice as an HIV Pharmacist.
Margrette “Penni” Fortune is a Tallahassee native and proud FAMU Rattler. She received a B.S. in Business Education and the PharmD. She has been a pharmacist for over twenty years and currently serves as Pharmacy Director at YouRx Patient Pharmacy. Dr. Fortune is a member of the Florida Pharmacy Association, National Diamondback Pharmacy Alumni Council Capital City Chapter, FAMU Alumni Association, Tallahassee Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and the Rattler Boosters.

Bond Community Health Center, Inc. (Bond CHC; the Center) is a 501(c)(3) community health center deemed as a Federally Qualified Health Center for greater than 30 years. Bond provides a patient-centered approach to quality primary and preventive healthcare services for residents of Leon, Gadsden, Wakulla, Jefferson, Taylor, Franklin, Liberty and Madison counties.
We provide comprehensive dental care for children through age 18 including exams, cleanings, x-rays, and fillings. We also provide dental care for expectant mothers and diabetic patients of the clinic, which includes nutritional counseling and hygiene services. Urgent care dental services including palliative care for the relief of pain and extractions are available to adults in the community.
