Leadership Statement

Bond Community health Center's leadership is devoted to promoting the well being of our Human Capital through a comprehensive health and stress reduction perspective involving the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual domains. We will continue to strive to improve effectiveness and efficiency of all staff members by providing training, development and employee empowerment. Management is committed to vesting each employee to realize our mission and attain the Center's goals and objectives.

General Information

Bond Community Health Center was established to improve the physical, spiritual, psychosocial and psychological well being of the residents of Leon and surrounding counties by providing access to the highest quality comprehensive family health services with particular concern for the lower socio-economic groups.

Bond Community Health Center has been providing quality comprehensive and preventive health care services to Leon County for over 20 years. The center has two sites with a total of 14 exam rooms and three waiting areas. The center is governed by a 15 voluntary member Board of Directors that is responsible for the oversight of all programs and services.

Bond Community Health Center Inc .has provided comprehensive quality health care and support services to the residents of Leon and surrounding counties for nearly a quarter of a century (1984).

Multiple Locations

We have 2 sites, on 2729-8 Municipal Way and 2634-J Capital Circle NE, Building J. Both are state of the art facilities,where you and your family can receive a full range of comprehensive quality health care and support services.

Our health center has an on-site pharmacy and houses the state's Women, Infant, and Children (WIC) program. Staff is available to assist with applications for entitlements including medicaid/medicare and prescription assistance applications
